Comments:This definition follows Borchert et al. (1993b). If bigpod ceanothus has > 60% cover, the stand is a mem of the Bigpod ceanothus series. If bigpod ceanothus covers 30-60% and another species covers 30-60%, then the stand is a member of a mixed series [ see Bigpod ceanothus-hollyleaf red series, Big ceanothus - birchleaf moun series].
